2024年4月12日星期五下午4點(diǎn)至6點(diǎn)30分，由深圳國際仲裁院（SCIA）與俄羅斯仲裁中心（RAC）共同主辦的“中俄國際商事仲裁研討會(huì)”在深圳國際仲裁院前海國際總部——國際仲裁大廈（SCIA Tower）37樓國際會(huì)議廳舉行。

本次研討會(huì)分為兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，分別邀請中俄法律專家、行業(yè)專家現(xiàn)場參與，就中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)往來與爭議解決、商事仲裁的最新發(fā)展、仲裁裁決的承認(rèn)與執(zhí)行等展開交流研討。

我所高級合伙人譚岳奇律師作為主講嘉賓之一，用英文分享了有關(guān)中國涉外裁決的的司法審查問題。

譚岳奇律師從法律依據(jù)、司法審查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及實(shí)務(wù)中的案例操作三個(gè)方面，對中國仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)做出的涉外裁決問題進(jìn)行了介紹，通過案例的生動(dòng)講解，更加直觀以及清晰地為現(xiàn)場觀眾展示了中國涉外仲裁的實(shí)踐。其話題也引起了俄方與會(huì)嘉賓的興趣，雙方對此進(jìn)行探討。

譚岳奇律師擁有多年處理涉外案件的律師實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及在中國國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)(CIETAC)和深圳國際仲裁院(SCIA)等眾多仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任仲裁員處理涉外案件的豐富實(shí)踐，本次活動(dòng)再次展現(xiàn)出中銀律師在國際業(yè)務(wù)中的專業(yè)表現(xiàn)。

The China and Russia: international Commercial Arbitration Seminar co-organized by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC) was held on the 37th floor of the SCIA International Arbitration Tower, on April 12(Friday), 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The seminar was divided into two sessions, inviting Chinese and Russian legal experts and industry experts to participate in the seminar, and to exchange views on Sino-Russian economic and trade exchanges and dispute resolution, the latest development of commercial arbitration, and the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

As one of the guest speakers, Mr. Yueqi Tan, a senior partner of Zhong Yin(Shenzhen) Law Firm, shared his views on the judicial review of China’s foreign-related arbitral awards in English.

Mr. Yueqi Tan introduced the issues of foreign-related arbitral awards made by Chinese arbitration centers from three aspects: legal basis, judicial review and case analysis. Through the vivid explanation of cases, Yueqi Tan’s speech more intuitively and clearly demonstrated the practice of foreign-related arbitration in China with the audience on the spot. The topic also aroused the interest of the Russian guests, and the two sides discussed it.

Mr. Yueqi Tan has many years of practical experience in handling foreign-related cases and rich practice in handling foreign-related cases as an arbitrator in many arbitration institutions, such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), etc. This activity once again shows the professional performance of Zhong Yin’s lawyers in international business.
